Robert C. G. Kerwin

Managing Partner

Mr. Kerwin is one of the founding partners of Foursite and is responsible for managing the organization's real estate development consulting division. Since the company's inception in 1997, Mr. Kerwin has developed trusting relationships with many of the Phoenix Valley's most active and respected developers, offering them a level of owner representation / project management service unmatched in the industry. This is evidenced by the extraordinary amount of repeat business Mr. Kerwin and his team of project managers has been offered. During his time at Foursite, Rob has personally managed in excess of six million square feet of retail space including such high-profile projects as Desert Ridge Marketplace, and Scottsdale Promenade. Most recently he has been involved in the development of Tempe Marketplace, a 1.3 million square foot retail lifestyle entertainment center positioned on a 120-acre site assembled from 85 different parcels of land in Tempe, Arizona.

Prior to joining Foursite, Rob worked with Daniel Fox & Associates (DFA), another real estate consulting firm. While with DFA, he represented several different lending institutions and prepared due diligence / property condition reports for several large nationally recognized pension funds and REITS. Before leaving DFA to start Foursite, Mr. Kerwin was instrumental in helping to develop the company's owner representation / project management division known as Prime CM. While working in this division, Mr. Kerwin managed several large projects, including a large manufacturing / distribution facility and the renovation of a 644 unit apartment community.

Rob is a licensed general contractor and has been OSHA certified. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), which is committed to advancing the development of the shopping center industry. He is also a proud member of Valley Partnership, which is dedicated to advocating responsible real estate development in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Rob graduated cum laude from the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University.
