Mr. Lorenz has been with Foursite for ten years and in that time has participated in the management of several projects that range from single tenant remodels of existing buildings, to 10 to 20 acre neighborhood retail shopping centers including to 100+ acre regional shopping centers. Mr. Lorenz has experience with both infrastructure projects dealing primarily with public and private site improvements as well as management of multi-tenant building construction of retail shopping centers. Mr. Lorenz has been involved with the development and construction of well over 500,000 square feet of retail property totaling more than $100,000,000 in value and is also experienced in managing projects out of state.

Prior to joining Foursite, Mr. Lorenz worked with the City of Scottsdale in the Development Services Department for 2 years. During this time, Mr. Lorenz gained an intimate knowledge of municipal processes that has proved beneficial in communicating effectively with development services staff as well as field inspectors.

Mitchell is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) which is committed to which is committed to advancing the development of the shopping center industry.

Mr. Lorenz is a proud graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors Degree in Housing and Urban Development. Mr. Lorenz also attended Ferris State University in Michigan graduating with an Associate Degree in Architectural Technology and Design.
