David K. Lu

Managing Partner

Mr. Lu has been a Partner with Foursite since its inception and in that time has participated in strategic planning and overall management of the organization. He has also served as the team leader for many of the organization's high profile consulting projects including the "back-bone" infrastructure for Del Webb's 5,586 acre master planned community known as "Anthem". Also, a multi-phase joint public and private site work improvements project for the City of Phoenix, Vestar Development, and Northeast Phoenix Partners associated with Desert Ridge Marketplace and the Desert Ridge Commercial Core. David currently spends most of his time contributing his expertise to consulting projects and handling the day-to-day business operations of the organization and related affiliated companies: Foursite Development, L.L.C. and Optimus Civil Design and Survey.

Prior to joining Foursite, David worked with ET Consultants, Inc., a firm specializing in the development of large-scale, luxury, age restricted, manufactured home communities. During his 2 year tenure at ET Consultants, he served as the Acquisitions and Development Manager, and was involved with Las Palmas and Las Palmas Grande – the two communities that set the national standard for luxury, land-lease manufactured home communities. David also has extensive experience entitling and constructing single family residential subdivisions and condominium communities as a result of his employment for Cambridge Communities, Inc. and Daniel Fox & Associates, Inc.

David is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the national Self Storage Association, and Arizona's Valley Partnership. And having graduated Summa Cum Laude, Mr. Lu is a proud graduate of Arizona State University's Construction Engineering program.
